REGISTRATION
You MUST register for the symposium before uploading your final paper. Only one paper can be uploaded per registration fee. Presentation of a regular paper requires a registration. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee.
Registrants that require a visa should register as early as possible to allow for sufficient time to process the visa application. To obtain a registration certificate for your visa procedures, send your demand to logistic-mim2016@utt.fr

The student registration fees cover access to all sessions, conference material, welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks.
It will be possible to attend the banquet of the conference for an extra fee at registration.
Student registration rate is offered for full-time students. Proof of status must be provided at registration. Registration is considered incomplete until your proof of status is received. Acceptable proof of status can be an active student card, recent transcript or a letter from the student's supervisor.
PAYMENT OPTION
While registering on line, the last step is dedicated to the payment. You can proceed by Bank transfer or credit card on line. For French attendees, "Bon de commande" and "Cheque bancaire" are also possible.

WELCOME RECEPTION
We will be pleased to welcome you on Tuesday, June 28 for a welcome reception at The Museum of Craft Tools and Work Reflection, located in Troyes'downtown. After discovering the magnificent collections of this museum and sharing a nice moment, you will be free to discover by yourself the restaurants of the pedestrian streets of Troyes'center.
CONFERENCE BANQUET
The conference banquet will take place at The Aube's convention center. You will enjoy a delicious meal making you discover the products of the Champagne Ardenne.
SOCIAL PROGRAM
We propose to visit producers of Champagne and Rosé des Riceys on Thursday, June 30 afternoon . Departure by bus from Troyes to meet producers and taste their products. This social proscgram is available for 25 €, all inclusive (bus, visit and tasting). You will also have the opportunity to buy some of their products.
